I have used this company many times in the past. My car won't start. Because of prior commitments they were not able to go where my car was until the next day. They found my battery was dead and needed replacing. They ordered a replacement battery, charged it, and placed it in my car at my friend's house.

She was so kind in working with me today to fix my tire and was very helpful to my Dad as he coordinated everything. I was home with a sick child and really needed my car fixed. Extremely nice, friendly owner and staff. It was my first time there but I was treated like family. I've never been to an automotive shop where the employees interacted so well with the customer. I'd recommend this place to anyone!

I complained about the in town road service fee and was hung up on. When I called back to ask him why he ( the owner ) hung up on me. I called back to see why he hung up. I said it was high fee for being in town to which he said after hours I’ll charge 200. I said that doesn’t mean you have to be rude and hang up. He said I manage my phone how I want!! They went and fixed it 5-6 hours after call, fine. High fee, fine(I needed his service) Being an extremely rude unnecessary!! Will never go back! They way you treat people is important especially since you are the owner!!!
