Laura, was dynamic. I couldn’t get a rattan tote out of my mind. My husband didn’t want to check it on the plane, but Laura had handed me her card. A week later I called to buy it. It arrived in PA, so lovingly and securely packed, in 2 days (for a very low shipping cost). That’s great service!
