Stop by as I travel through area. One of the worst Laredo taco. Person is so unfriendly. Store cashier had to come and make the food after she ignored us for 15 minutes. But then the taco manager ran to a register to help the one customer who came up while the cashier was making tacos. Taco lady just does not want to work here. This is my third and last visit.

No toilet paper. Employee said they're totally out. Dirty bathroom. Trash cans in hall pulled half out but not finished. ATM out of order. 'Cashier' was playing on her phone. Trash all over parking lot.

I think if you don't like your job you should quit. The employees are the most bitter I've ever seen, and the food is terrible. My friend almost lost a tooth eating a really tough picadillo. No stars if there was an option.

older lady with white hair behind the taco counter needs an attitude adjustment. no common courtesy for anyone. very obnoxious and rude to costumers everyday. i feel bad for the truckers that always want some breakfast that stop here and she never has anything ready.

The food here is atrocious! Staff looks like they don't want to be there, the service is subpar, and the Management there is a joke! I saw a customer stick their BARE HANDS IN THE HOT BOX TOUCHING THE FOOD!! I spoke to the GM of the place and she didn't care that people were touching the food. So if you want food that will not make you sick or food that hasn't been touched, this is not the place for you.

The store part of it is fine little pricy but fine. However the kitchen part of it is pretty bad the head cook is severely understaffed and has way too much to do. Never has bacon so can't really order any thing on sale or that's a breakfast special.The lady is a little rude at times but who could blame her . There's a new girl that's always on her phone and never really doing anything to help the lady at all,unless calling someone To help out. I don't get it. Need someone who can help her out The gas store is great. But definitely not the place to eat.

Stripes on 71 a heavy set guy was working and my husband got off to buy 2 lotto tickets and the guy was VERY rude to him saying he didn’t understand him because he does have an accent and he is Hispanic. Then he asked my husband for his ID even tho he is 68 years old. To me that was just being Racist and a damn Jerk No need for this . I’m very upset we’ve only lived here for 50 plus years!!!!!!! Offended

we were in the store for drinks before going out of town. the cashier behind the counter with orange hair on 6/10/23 was extremely rude. I was starting to get a slush and she said there were no lids for the slushes. I thought my niece was speaking to me. I again reached for a slushy cup and she repeated herself. I reached for the only slushy lids and tried to find the cups that match then and then she yelled loudly across the store that there were no lids. she could have removed the offending lids instead of offending 4 potential customers. we left after using the bathroom. I don't know what they're teaching the youth in this world but that is not customer service.
