The ladies that work here are friendly and helpful, unlike the man. He is the rudest, most condescending person I have ever met.

For 16 years I have dealt with the Llano Post Office. All my dealings there have been satisfactory - convenient hours, friendly and efficient staff willing to go that extra mile. The current Postmaster is exceptionally able and cooperative.

Always nice, courteous employees. The postmaster goes out of his way to greet people and make them feel welcome.
