“After a crazy night driving to a wonderful overnight animal ER, I was recommended to follow up with my regular vet next day. I love my regular vet but on calling in the next day, Friday, my vet was out of town and PGVS was recommended for the follow-up services I needed. My 2 dogs had messed with a rattlesnake and lost. PGVS fit me in and what transpired was such great and tender care of my dogs. I'm so grateful. Both dogs are fully recovering but had markedly different courses. Dr Bibb was so great at explaining and really listened to my questions, not just giving me canned answers but truly evaluating my pups individually. His staff was thoughtful and efficient. Definitely a great vet care experience.”
