I needed a new car charger and cord. While traveling 183 South through Lockhart, Texas to Interstate 10 West. The Gentleman who helped me was very kind and knowledgeable about AT&T products. He did not try to push products that I did not need. I purchased two cords and a new charger, since mine had stopped working.

Management is messed up. Waited 5 months for a screen protector to get ordered for me and a few other things. And management just telling me that he was going to call other stores then said he’d order one. Just kept telling me what I wanted to hear then sounded annoyed every time I called. Then I was also told I’d get my SD card back from a tablet we turned in, then I called him and he said he got a call (after waiting 5 months) that 2 weeks before I called that he got a call that they couldn’t get the SD card back. I’m sorry but should have called to tell me then. I’m still waiting for the screen protector but I doubt I’ll ever get that or anything I need from this store due to management not actually ordering anything. Only reason I’m waiting is because they messed my phone up by putting the wrong screen protector on my phone so it messed with the sensors inside the phone.

So I have reviewed this company, and seriously did not want to go here today, but had device that needed to fixed, 3 staff members, one female who will tell you to be more patient literally leaves the building as she did want to help,when was talking to AT&T on the phone, as she gave me reason their was a problem. And Customer service online they always greet you and say hello, When walk into this AT&T they don't acknowledge you, the one girl guy continued chat and play on their phones and The other guy we had to get his attention as his phone was more important,They literally do not treat you like a customer, no please no thank you, no how can help you, and when explain everything they just look at you, once girl looked up my account she did tell me what was going on instead she showed all my info to the other guy and they did nothing, she walked out in the middle of helping and the one other guy did help, we left it was like they just show up to hang out,I went to Verizon and omg they were awesome quick kind laid everything out step by step helped you along, they even said they have several customers that came from this AT&T because of how unprofessional all the staff is. I seriously don't think their is a manager even here,If you need support avoid this place, go to the one in Kyle, they were really good kind and gave good service, The one in lockhart needs a adult there or a manager to constantly see how bad and lazy and how they don't, we'll like invisible when walk in,Want go to store where staff won't say anything till you literally get in front them, only to tell you to call AT&T, and do the work yourself, this is the place to go.It's funny how they want respect but don't give you any at all once walk in this store.I

Not sure I'll ever go back. The pushy salesman wouldn't listen to me. He wanted to put me on a business plan and I wanted a prepaid plan similar to what I was switching from. He wouldn't listen and kept talking down on what I wanted and kept pushing for a business line. If I go back to ATT it won't be from this store.

My husband and I are existing customers. We walked into the store this afternoon and waited 20 minutes or so to be helped. They assisted a woman who walked in 10 minutes after us before helping us. We walked out and don’t intend on returning.

After a very challenging experience with AT&T Customer Service on the phone where I lost an hour & half of time and was no better off when the call ended, I learned I should have just walked into the AT&T Lockhart store, where I found a very competent Marcus who very confidently solved my SIM card issue in a matter of seconds. He was able to clear up the communication mess that Customer Service created and clean up a couple of mistakes that Customer Service had made. No more phone calls for me...I'm going to the AT&T store in Lockhart from now on.
