“I wasn't a customer for long but they're friendly and get you a fair price for insurance. One thing I didn't like that gives it 4 instead of 5 stars. I specifically asked for roadside assistance. Little did I know that I was given roadside assistance reimbursement in case of breakdown and the coverage was so small you could get maybe 10 miles. That's not the roadside I asked for. I asked for roadside assistance which apparently at Fred Loya is a membership program that I was not set up for. Very upsetting at the time of my breakdown. Other than that it was easy and good experience but if you want roadside assistance make sure you aren't getting the basic package but that the actual assistance roadside assistance would be expected.”
