Huge thank you and kudos to Jacob here in Lockhart. He’s always been so helpful when I come into the store. On two separate occasions I came into the store recently once for a battery and once for windshield wipes. He was super friendly and found what I needed quickly. He went over and beyond and replaced both for me with a smile on his face. I will continue to come to Auto Zone and when I do if he is working I’ll be sure to have him assist me. Thank you again Jacob.

My family was blessed by the leadership at this store. I had a car battery that I took to another store in the area and my warranty was completely missed. After my wife reminded me that I had recently bought this battery, the following week I went to this Autozone to see when I last bought the battery and was shown my warranty just lapse the previous week. The store manager, Elias, seeing this stepped in as my advocate. I was able to explain my misfortune to the district manager, Craig, who helped right the situation. Because of their passion for service and the customer my family was blessed through them. Thank you.

My car was having issues with the battery and it had so much corrosion on it, Adan G. Was so helpful, i really truly appreciate the help here, most workers shoo me off without a care & he took his time helping me out, telling what i needed for my vehicle & now it's running PERFECTLY!!! GRACIAS ADAN!!!

Usually has what we're looking for at the best price. Have had a few issues showing an item was in stock online, only to drive there & find out they don't have it. Best to call to confirm first.
