ATM got me for $180. Got receipt. Showed that $180 was deducted from my bank account (BOA). I verified with my bank. Yes, it was deducted. Ozark told me to call an 800 number, "not their problem". I had to have MY bank go through lengthy escalation process. FINALLY got my $180 back. Extremely inconvenient and very stressful. Won't use Ozark's ATM ever again.

Customer service from drive thru teller and branch manager was less than desirable. Their information is was correct and their word choice makes it easier to refuse service. I would not recommend this location for anyone new to the area or with less than “deep pockets”.Losing my business will not bother this institution, but it WILL make me happier. #endgoalaccomplished

My parents have banked with this bank for as long as I can remember. I also bank with them now too. The staff is amazing and its just all around a great place.

This bank is definitely the best and they have an over the roof friendly staff and they have exceeded my banking expectations and if you have any problems with your account they are here to help.i like the fact my checking account has identity theft protection.so, if your new to lockhart,texas this is the bank to go with! awesome services!

Although this bank has gone through several conversions in the past 40 years, and several staff changes as well; all the employees are extremely helpful. They go above and beyond to help solve your question or conflict, whether you're a customer or not.
