Avoid this place and do not buy from them.......bought a used f450 tht they had installed a bed on...the tail pipe was to far under the bed and melted out my tailights, costing me several hundred dollars and now i can't get my lights to work again in tht corner of the bed.....also the sun roof doesn't work and I reached out to the person I had bin in contact with while making the purchase and he never got back to me....3 months in now and still waiting on my tags....they say they processed the paperwork but my state says it's still not registered.....now the dealer says they cant do anything about itso im just stuck with paying for a truck i cant use needless to say I will not buy another vehicle from this place....what a joke of a dealer

Excellent customer service. Pedro is the best. Worked to get me everything I wanted on the new truck. Better experience than the dealerships in Austin. Well worth the drive south.

This is the worst dealership my husband bought a truck here and has not even had the truck for a full month and it's had problem after problem they should not sale vehicles this way and then call it as is I think we need to contact a lawyer regarding selling lemons in Texas I would never buy a vehicle from here

Tina is the greatest! Took my Jeep to three other dealerships before taking it here. They were able to finally find the problem and fix it. They actually communicated with us, unlike our experiences in San Marcos and New Braunfels. Customer service is phenomenal and the service team got me back on the road. Thanks yall!

Very bad service had a buddy of mine take his dodge charger RT 2019 just to get a freon recharge and before that we asked for an estimate they said it would cost him 200 but when he got the receipt they charged him 600 very bad

Just wanted to give a big thank you to Pete and James! Very personable, empathetic, and kind men!I'm a single mom of two boys and needed a reliable vehicle. I quite literally cried from the stress, but they put me at ease.My old Lincoln was basically on its last leg, and these guys did everything to help me out.Being my 1st time trading in a vehicle, they explained the process and took care of everything. They did all the work within 2-3 days. These guys fought to help me find a vehicle within my budget. I just sat back and let them work their magic! I'm now the proud owner of my new 2020 Malibu !I will be forever grateful for Pete and James for making sure the boys and I have a reliable car! They've definitely got another loyal customer! I didn't initially post a review when they tried to charge me for a software update on my truck that should have been a warranty issue but after calling the finance dept 4 times and leaving messages to get an update on status of extended warranty cancelation and being flat out ignored until I spoke with a manager... felt I needed to let people know this dealership does not care one but about your after you purchase a vehicle from them. I really wanted to give the local small town dealership my continued business but they do not embody small town values or integrity at all.

Found a truck that I wanted to purchase. Contacted pistol Pete and we were able to make the deal over the phone with a 3 hour distance. Sales and service has a five star rating and will continue to purchase with Pete. He made car buying very easy, and was pleasant to work with.

I would never recommend this place to buy a vehicle. It's a total headache. The managers only care about taking your money. The quality of their vehicles is the least for them. We had a lot of problems with the truck we bought and they never took the time to try to solve the problem. If I could give it 0 stars. I would give them to you.

I have been going to the same dealership in San Marcos for over 30 years purchasing nine vehicles. I have now changed my dealership to Steele. Service department is spot on. She is knowledgeable and treats you like family. When you know you find a gem, you keep it.

The vehicle and our salesmen, Bailey, were amazing. But the finace guy who handled our paperwork after the sale, Tyler, screwed us out of our permanant license plates by not keeping on top of things. We also got charged for warranty stuff we did not agree to.All these screw ups caused hours and hours of phone calls and stress. When you spend $52,000 on a vehicle, you shouldn't have to deal all of these headaches.Buyer beware
