From start to finish my experience with Chase was great. I never even met him in person but he was great at communicating and updating throughout the process. After the repairs he called me to let me know a battery light came on. I let him know that the battery is 6 months old and that light wasn’t there. He didn’t argue he just said a mechanic will look at it and days later we were all good. My truck looked cleaner then I’ve seen it in a long time. Great experience, I will be back to this location if I ever need repairs done again. Thank you Chase

My daughter and I on our way to the Anderson cancer center in Houston, we were hit by another vehicle on the road. The owner of the vehicle that hit us was very nice and admitted fault right away, I took my vehicle to be repaired at caliber collision and right away they were very nice and took care of me, and my vehicle was ready at the time frame I was given. I picked up the rental car at caliber collision shop and return it there also. My vehicle looks good as New and was so clean inside and out. Like nothing ever happened. I highly recommend this place.

We were involved in an accident that the other driver's insurance covered all our repairs. Chase at Caliber was very professional and friendly, providing us with communication about the status of our repairs. He was right on target letting us know when our car would be ready. Caliber did a fantastic job on the repairs and matching the paint. So glad to have our car back and looking brand new.
