My family has been with them since first opening. We sent many friends and family because it seemed like a good place. Unfortunately we found that this pharmacy was charging Medicare for medications that were not included in packs which one was for heart support. We didn’t notice until husband went into Congestive heart failure and put into the hospital. I had to take the premade packets to the hospital which is when it was discovered the medication was not in any packages for up to 3 months. We were given repetitative refills for several meds and creams after telling them we didn’t need them any more. Any time we tried to bring a concern to this pharmacist, we were retaliated against and found it better to change pharmacies.

The pharmacist Sam is so helpful and polite!! Has gone above and beyond to help make sure I could fill my prescriptions. They also have the cheapest meds compared to Walmart and H-E-B. And will even price match with online pharmacies. All the staff is kind and helpful as well. And they even deliver if you can’t pickup your meds. 100% would recommend this pharmacy.

This is my favorite Pharmacy. Sam, Alex, and their crew care about their customers. If you are tired if the bigger pharmacies and want that hometown feeling then this is tge place to go.

I picked up some medicine for a friend who was unable to get to this pharmacy and from that initial brief contact, we immediately switched over all our prescriptions.Our previous pharmacy was such a hassle! 30 minute lines in person or in the drive through, closed in the middle of the day, waiting on the phone on hold for long periods of time, no customer service, etc.Express Pharmacy is the polar opposite! Walk in, walk out, drive in, drive out, they are able to "sync" medicines to reduce the number of trips we have to make, and so friendly and helpful on the phone.Thank you for providing such excellent service to our community!

My mother was treated so disrespectfully by the pharmacist at this place. She was informed by her medicare insurance to change her prescriptions to Walgreen's. When she tried to contact the pharmacy he hung up on her three times and finally when he did answer the phone call he was extremely rude with her and hung up again. I would never use this pharmacy due to his behavior and I would urge anyone else to just use your grocery store or Walgreens.

They are friendly they they really do care I been using them for a while there was a time where I couldn't afford all my meds at at once and I talked to the guy has named Sam that owns it and I asked God to pay half then I will come back and pay for the rest he gives me all my meds for half the pay and let me come back and pay for the rest I would definitely recommend people thank you for all your help

BEST pharmacy in town. Sam was kind and tried his absolute best to work with me because I didn’t have insurance. He doesn’t treat you like a number and actually cares about your medication needs. Please come to Express Pharmacy and give him your business, you won’t regret it!

Love the service I get here. My doctors love them too. It was a preferred pharmacy when I first started going here. My insurance took them off preferred list. I stayed with Sam anyway. Prices are not that different to warrant giving up the personal service I get here. They aren’t even that convenient for me, location or hours, but I not going anywhere else!Love love love . Deserve many more than 5 stars

Kindness. Compassion.Expertise.Going the Extra Mile. These are all things I have experienced over and over with this Pharmacist, his staff and Pharmacy. In this busy world, it has been a true gift and blessing to work with someone who cares about me and my family's health. Sam found coupons to reduce some of my family's prescriptions, saving us literally thousands of dollars. Then, last Summer, we ran out of one of our children's medications and Sam literally overnight mailed us her medication to rural Iowa where we could not get the medication easily transferred and filled. Talk about going above and beyond! AMAZING. If you want to be treated like a person and not a number, go here. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you, Sam and Express Pharmacy for all that you have done and continue to do for us.
