Do not recommend. Poor quality install. Had to redo, no call no show for 4hr appointment window for removal. No call no show for reinstall. When they did call, a day later, they rescheduled for a week out.

Extremely shady company with criminal behavior. Breaking and entering into homes in the neighborhood and then lying despite being caught red-handed. Beware.

Do not use this company. I needed a replacement trim piece for a shower door they installed. I called Perry Homes, and they gave me their number 832-649-2485. When I called Fashion Mirror & Glass, I asked, "Can you tell me where to purchase a trim piece for a shower door you installed? And she said, "We are not open to the public," and she would not give me any advice on where to purchase replacement parts! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

. seen there work and I'mnot to impressed any more..the worker's have not been doing a good job,or in cleaning up after there done. It makes the company look bad , my opinion ..If you represent a company do ur best.. . And when ur done look at ur work and if ur not happy or proud of ur own job, then no one else will be. ..If your proud of the work that youve done.. dont forget to CLEAN ur mess whip down the windows ,shower doors . make it look like you love ur job and show it offRemember your not just Repersenting Fashion Glass Your Representing Your selfMy opinion,

Seen other reviews about this companies reckless driving. Their red truck dangerously cut in the long left turn lane this morning in San Marcos. They drove around it and skidded to a stop in the front of the line cutting off a sedan in a near miss. You’re driving a billboard dude

I manage a large new construction multifamily community in Austin which used Fashion Glass for the shower doors. Recently we had to have a shower pan replaced in one of the apartments (not completed by FG) which required the shower doors to be removed and then re-hung, which has turned into the biggest cluster of incompetence and excuses I have ever seen.Trip #1: FG states that they cannot rehang the glass doors because they are unwilling to drill new holes for the brackets/hinges and risk damaging the tile. So we get the GC to get their punch-guy to complete this.Trip #2: It was discovered that the original shower glass could not be reused as the new shower pan sat up slightly higher than the old shower pan and new glass had to be ordered. Okay, an inconvenience for sure as the resident was left waiting for the new glass for over 2 weeks (after waiting for several weeks for the shower pan to be sorted), but not completely in their control.Trip#3: Upon returning with the new glass they found it had either been measured wrong or cut wrong - either way the new glass did not fit. So, another new shower door had to be ordered which took another week.Trip #4: FG shows up and HOORAY the glass is the right size! Unfortunately, someone didn't think to bring hinges with them and it was apparently too inconvenient for them to drive to their shop 30 minutes down the road and return same day to complete the job they started 6 weeks ago.I contacted FG, obviously frustrated, on behalf of my VERY patient resident, and spoke to a gentleman that basically blamed the resident for misplacing hinges that were never left with him, blamed the GC for not communicating properly, his own production manager for not allowing the installers to come back same day and would not take accountability for the mistakes made.Bottom line, it should never take 5 attempts to hang a shower door.

It took fashion glass 2.5 months after we moved into our news build to install our shower glass. Yes, 2.5 months. We called dozens of times with no one calling us back, multiple times they told us they were coming out to install and either didn't show up or gave an excuse. "The glass is the wrong size" and "They broke it". Then, the icing on the cake was when we repeatedly complained to our builder, Fashion Glass told them it had already been installed. Wow. Honestly started looking into taking legal action.

Their drivers are horrible, cutting in and out of traffic, I'm not sure how the glass even makes it to its destination!!!

The installers who came to install my shower were super respectful and showed up on time. They were in and out. And did an amazing job

My experience with this company has not been great, and if I have a choice in the future, I would not choose them. For starters, the wrong size door was ordered for my shower, which wasn’t realized until the rest of the glass had already been installed. The technician who came the first day and installed it said that they would order the right door that day (Tuesday), it would come in Wednesday, and he would be back first thing Thursday to finish the install. Well, Thursday rolled around and no one showed up, or even called. When I called them, they said that my name was on their schedule, they just forgot about me/didn’t load the door on their truck. It was at this time I also mentioned that the technician that came initially with the wrong door, drilled holes in the metal pieces directly over my new bath rug and left metal shavings across the whole floor (on the rug, on the tile, inside the shower). Not only do I have to throw away the new rug, but I have a 16 month old that could’ve cut her foot, or worse, picked up the pieces and swallowed them. There has been no attempt by management to replace the rug or even apologize. It was completely unprofessional, and as stated above, I will not use this company again.

I moved into a new house that had a shower leak. Paul came out, diagnosed the issues (caught things I would never have realized) and came back and fixed it all. No water leaks, perfectly sealed everywhere. Thanks so much. Well done

Yesterday afternoon, a white truck with this company's information all over it almost ran me off the road. If my infant hadn't been in the car with me, I wouldn't have been upset enough to do much. But he was, and I was afraid for his safety. So I guess the takeaway here is not to endanger babies in a company vehicle.

It's been over 2 months and they still haven't showed up to fix our glass door yet, and we can't use the bathroom. This is terrible.
