I went to this fed ex twice in one day with heavy packages to be turned away twice. 1st time was told they could not help with FedEx QR code my company gave me, that I needed actual printed label to ship items at their location. They don't have a way to print any labels based of QR codes. Ok fine. Then, I was told if package was too large they also couldn't take it. Asked what restrictions were, was told no ion batteries and nothing bigger than 50 lbs. I asked if any other restrictions, was told no.Fine.I home get labels, call in to make sure everything is good to drop off because again, heavy packages. Arrive and carry in boxes only to be told they don't take electronics. they don't have a secure place to put them. which is fine, had they told me this when I asked the 1st time.though it does have me wondering, how they store other packages? Are they not securing any other packages?Also, f they don't take any electronics, why not tell people when they call in to ask about dropping packages offs.
