I only go here for oil changes but they keep bungling it. Found a puddle of oil under my car yesterday and spent $150 on a mobile mechanic to learn that the oil filter was loose. Another time they forgot to put the oil cap back on. They're inconsistent about resetting the "maintenance required" notification and installing the windshield sticker. One of my hubcaps missing after a tire rotation. If they can't manage something as basic as an oil change I wouldn't trust them with any other service.
Another thing I've noticed is that the entire staff is different every time I go. Never a good sign.

Went in to get my tires rotated. Didn't take long and found out it was free since I am a firestone credit card holder.

Well I wasn't that happy I had to get another alignment because the last time I was there nearly 4 hours waiting andI had an appt. But I scheduled it, I was in and out of there in 45 minutes and the alignments specs were zeroed in much better than before. Car rides great, steering wheel is centered. Overall very satisfied and happy. One thing, still not happy I was denied the lifetime alignment just because I have lowering springs that dropped my ride 1". That is ridiculous in my opinion.

I usually don't have problems with them. I gone to them for miniscule things before. Buying new tires, changing rims for my tires, and basic needs. Not much problem. This last time I decided to go with them with major issues I had with my car. I asked for diagnostics for my broken AC (since it's Texas heat and I don't want my family to be burning up,) My car stalling, check engine lights, oil leak, and coolant light on. I was told it would take multiple days to be checked. So after a few days leaving my car with them I get notified that my car is ready. I go by and pick up the car and I was told all they charged me for was to check the oil leak. I was confused as to why they only did that when I specifically asked to check the other things. I get told the worker doesn't know since he wasn't in the day before (not blaming this worker, he's just the messenger) He checks his not and he says it seems like they did fix it and someone will give me a call about what they found later in the day. So I pay and I haven't received a call. Idk where the leak is in my oil that I paid for to be checked. Idk if they checked any of my concerns. So I basically paid money just to drop off my car and pick it up. I got no new information that I had prior to dropping off my car. I now know only to trust them with basic oil changes now. I got to take it to the dealership to get it checked now since I got nothing from this experience.

I truly believed that I needed new tires and brakes but the professionals at Firestone put me at ease. After their inspection, they determined that I just need routine maintenance. They flushed my brake fluid, replaced my coolant, and rotated my tires. Thank you for not taking advantage of me! Others may not have been so honest. I truly appreciate it.

Great experience. Got me in same-day, were very polite and courteous. It was the direct OPPOSITE of my experience at the Kyle Firestone store. Go to Lockhart if you can!

Not ethical. I scheduled my appointment in advance with my tire selection to replace the donut on my car as Walmart didn't carry my size. When I arrived, they didn't have my tire and said it was discontinued. Why would it let me pick it online and show you had plenty of stock? Tried to talk me into "the same tire" but $20 more expensive. Ended up paying the same price as I asked for a cheaper tire and that tire was somehow magically the same price as the one I had requested (I have a sneaking suspicion I overpaid for that tire).
Appointment was at 8:00am to change just 1 tire - no rotating or balancing - just putting the new tire on the wheel, putting it on the car, and placing the spare tire in the trunk. When I arrived, there were no customers waiting, although a couple cars in the bays. There was a bay completely open that they pulled my car into shortly after arriving. After waiting in the waiting room by myself for over an hour, I inquired as to how much longer it would be. This is where they lost me. They told me it was only taking so long as they had to check all my lug nuts as some were loose and they were doing it for my safety. While I appreciate them checking the other tires if they in fact did so, this is not something that takes more than a couple minutes, max. All in I was out the door in 1 hour and 26 minutes for an appointment to change just 1 tire. I inquired how long it usually takes them to do all 4 tires and the service manager told me 45 minutes, but reiterated AGAIN that the only reason it took so long for mine was that THEY WERE CHECKING THE LUG NUTS. Do you just think I am some dumb woman who doesn't understand what a lug nut is? Honesty is the best policy. Did you just forget that I was staying to wait for my car? Did something else come up? Someone go on break? I don't really care. I would have been good with those reasons even though I was trying to get to work. What I care about is being lied to twice to my face and treated like an idiot. If you lie about this, what else will you lie about?

$112 for an oil change is insane. Also took 2 hours in an empty store. Awful place. Avoid.
