Great people. Thanks for not treating us first timers as idiots. I got to enjoy a day with my son, who's back from deployment. Army Strong! Ammo was reserved for rentals due to shortages, so bring your own just in case, unless you're renting a firearm.

Arrived yesterday to use shotgun range and pistol range. Brought my own clays as usual but was told curtly I can't use them and put them back in my car. Was then told they put new machines in with a token system. The machines are at the left and right ends and throw the clays so fast at a 45 degree angle that you can't pick them up until they are 40 yards down range, and almost impossible to hit unless you are an expert. So, they made shooting clays almost impossible and raised the price significantly, not a good combination.
The general attitude of the staff was not friendly as in the past, but rather arrogant and rude.

The most amazing experience!! My family and I decided to go to this range and I am so glad we did! I had ZERO gun knowledge and a little nervous, even with practicing putting the “pretend” bullet in the gun while getting the demo. But Mike and Rex were so kind and patient , I can’t rave about them enough!! Definitely coming back!! SO FUN!!
If you have zero gun knowledge or a pro, I highly recommend coming here!!!

Best range around. Day fee can't be beat, pay once and shoot all you want. Multiple ranges to choose from, pistol rifle and shotgun.

Glad I found this place within a 20 minute drive. Staff were helpful and friendly. Properly explained the rules of an each shooting range. At first I did think it was strange there was no range officers. But their system works and allows you to meet and interact with other shooters. Will definitely be returning.

Great open-air range just outside Lockhart! Spacious bays for handguns, rifles, and long-range. Shot a Glock, S&W 45, AR-15, Barrett .50 (just insane!), and the quirky Beretta Cx4—super fun and balanced. RSOs friendly and really helpful, rentals easy, not crowded. Perfect shooting stop for experienced visitors—and tourists!

I live in Bastrop and this is about the closest shooting range for me. Another one is Range USA which is almost 50 min drive to Round Rock.
The staff is friendly and helpful, the range is clean, and shooters here are nice and it's not too crowded in the morning.
They miss spelled my name on the membership card, not a big deal, a bit laugh with my family when I talked about it 😂

This range has become my favorite fun range. It has several shooting areas for riffle and pistol with different distances. I enjoy that is an outside range the staff is incredible friendly and they care about safety. Even without having an attendant on the bays the staff has a system to keep everyone safe

Had an awesome day at the range during my stay in Austin. The lady there welcomed me as soon as I arrived and the rest of team were professional and provided great assistance.
Recommend to anyone visiting from overseas.
