I worked with Adam and Danielle on a transmission claim for our mutual customer. They were both very friendly and professional throughout the process. Great pricing on the labor and parts. They went right to work on the vehicle, so the owner could get their vehicle back quickly. 100% happy with everything. After another transmission shop rebuilt my transmission it was still having trouble. That original shop did attempt to fix problems. Returned to me and said “give it a try” it continued to have the same problems. After that attempt the original shop did not return calls and quit communication.
I took it to Adam at performance transmission. After tearing it down he found several parts that the other shop did not replace that I was told were replaced. Adam placed all these parts in a box and showed them to me one at a time and pointed out the evidence that they were old parts and should have been replaced during a rebuild. Adam rebuilt another transmission and used quality parts. The shop has excellent personal communication, friendly office staff. I’ll use the shop in the future if I have any transmission issues with other vehicles.

Adam's team kept me updated throughout the entire process. My pickup was in and out within the same day. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to this shop for servicing!
