Let me preface this by saying: in the time it took Annette to “help” (more on that later) me, AT LEAST twelve other bank customers were serviced by other tellers. I lost track—it could’ve been 16 to 18…Facts:Number one: I was just trying to pay my monthly rent with my dead First Lieutenant brother’s money. It feels like the tellers wouldn’t care if it was the blood money of Jesus Christ himself.Number two: it took Annette approximately 35 minutes to wire my money to my landlord. I have just moved from Wells Fargo under the false impression that credit unions are easier to deal with. Obviously, I was mistaken. At Wells Fargo, it took me point two seconds essentially to use Zelle or whatever it is to wire my money to my landlady, whose account is at Frost bank.Number three: Annette, the teller lady, was supremely unhelpful, and she made my life a living hell today… I’ve done a decent amount of banking in my 32 years, and today was by far the most unhappy, most unsatisfying banking experience I’ve ever had in my life.If I could give 0, or even negative stars, I would.I am wondering if there is a safe place to keep my money where I’m not playing mother may I with my own American dollar bills. Wells Fargo isn’t safe, and RBFCU certainly isn’t safe. Where do I go? If anybody knows I’m all ears.

I'm a long time account holder and if I were I'd go do business somewhere else. Their wait times are unbelievably long. I have several direct deposits and several accounts that are paid automatically thru my checking account, or I'd go somewhere else too!! Update: 6/20/2023: I'm talking about drive thru too,!!

Literally sat there for 10 minutes with 3 tellers and 2 lanes closed. One saw a line forming and closed her line anyways. There's a reason Apple Maps gives it 1 star.

Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union in is the most ridiculous and difficult bank to deal with.They have HORRIBLE customer Service. I was on the phone with them for over an hour (most of the time on hold) and NOTHING was solved. They just made my life more difficult.If we had a bank that I liked dealing with where I live I would switch in a heart beat....

Well the person that helped us with account changes and more was very informative and helpful, there is a bit of a wait line, has one Mobil ATM and has its times when there are quiet few people in line to use it! They are going to be adding more think! They do not have a walk up ATM, which something I like, they offer most the services here. So 4 stars because I lost one star somewhere so f find it let me know

Conveniently located. no loan officers on site. video conference only. Recently had fraud charges on my card. fraud prevention over the phone only. i waited for over 30 min no one answered. As of right now i still cant get a hold of customer service OR fraud prevention because their lines are busy. Each time i wait for 15 min and their automated system apologizes for lines being busy, then hangs up. Customer service does not exist.

I am considering leaving the branch due to lack of the freedom of choice to unmask my children. I inquired how long the appt would be and was told 45 min. It's mainly a matter of principle as I support business now that don't require these unnecessary draconian measures that restrict God given rights. I have never had a problem with this credit union and might find an avenue to file a proper grievance with corporate but I might just part ways. Hopefully I'm not the only one that doesn't want to mask up for almost an hour with my perfectly healthy children. If other feel safer masking up that's fine but many other stores are allowing customer choice in Lockhart, Texas.
