I recently moved to Lockhart with my family. I’ve been looking for a reliable mechanic for my 96 4runner. I called Straight Auto for a quote to do a fuel pump replacement. I have never had a faster oil change...ever! When the guys realized I had my kids with me they automatically turned on a movie for them. Afterwards they let me know they parked my car by the front door and turned my ac on for me. They went above and beyond just an oil change!Services: Tires

This Company had our vehicle there for 3 weeks told us the Car was damaged the wheels where out of line from front to back!! The car needs the router shaved. That is all it needed 2 hours work! STRIGHT AUTO OR CROOKED AUTO!!! They need to change there name!!

great people, great service... I will continue to use them when needed!! My car was loosing power and ended up at their business before my car completely lost all power, and they were prompt, very friendly, and we received great service. I just want to say you don't find good people around much in today's world, but there are still great people out there... and they were by far great, friendly folks!! I have used Straight Automotive for 2 different vehicles and each time, they sent me a diagnosis and estimated cost of repairs. Communication with staff is consistent and they explain anything I didn't understand. I would recommend Straight to anyone needing auto repair. They get the work done in a timely manner and are reasonably priced.

I took my wife's car in to have a wheel bearing replaced, they did an awesome job and were way cheaper than other places that I had gotten quotes from. The employees were easy to get along with and actually verified the problem instead of trying to "upsell" unnecessary work or things my vehicle did not need.
