Everyone giving bad reviews I’ve never had a problem the lady there is actually very nice as well as all the other employees . and gets everything done in a timely manner never had problems shipping. I’ve had problems with usps so I started going to this location and it changed everything thx to ups there service is amazing. ?

The sweet lady that waited on us today was so busy yet very kind and efficient. The reviews that say she is or was rude, I think if we all step back and watch as well as think how we'd be if we had a line of folks waiting yet doing our best then maybe we would understand. In my opinion, this is a person who truly cares or she wouldn't be in such a hurry to get everyone taken care of especially single handedly. As being a woman who use to hold high jobs, I'd hire someone in a heartbeat who cares as much as she does. Oh how I wish we'd all give each other and ourselves a break from the busy angsty life we are in during these trying times! Think about it.? Thank you so much for your help and patience today and everyday! Bless you!

Grace is wonderful and amazingly efficient. She makes it a preference to come to the store instead of the actual post office. She derves a vacation, raise and bonus!!!

When you send a package in this store they want everything to be open so they know what you are sending and if it is not open you cannot send it, I think it is a lack of respect for the customer's privacy ?

I have been going to this store for well over a year. I have a P.O. Box here so I go very often. The “older lady” is the owner and doing an incredible job to serve our community. She sticks to the rules (which is what I really like because I know my privacy and security of my packages is a top priority), and I think a lot of the bad reviews are not realizing the responsibility she has. I have never had a damaged or lost package, experienced any lack of customer service, or ever seen them not open during posted business hours (have experienced this at other ups stores). THANK YALL! For being so great for the community and trustworthy for your customers!!!!

I just left the UPS store (Saturday 05/11/2024 3:45PM) and let me tell you the older lady that works there is EXTREMELY condescending and rude. I am so upset. I simply asked her a question (do I need to bring manufactures or Amazon box) and she treated me as if I were a first grader learning to read. She very rudely told me “well what does the label say?” I tried to stay calm and bite my tongue but this wasn’t the first time she treated me with such disrespect. I looked at her and asked her why she had to be so rude and what’s with the attitude. She started mouthing off to me and I told her I don’t work here, I’m a customer YOU are the employee and know the ins and outs of your job. I’m usually not one to speak my mind but like I said she had previously been rude to me over the phone. I went back in and asked her her name and she said no then said her name was “Grace” i’m not sure if she was being truthful or not but I sure hope SOMEONE addresses this ladies behavior. It’s unacceptable. I feel sorry for the people that go in there that don’t speak English or are too afraid to stand up to her. It’s a shame that costumers have to suffer because these employees get away with hostile behavior.

The staff at this store are awesome. They went above and beyond helping me track down a time-sensitive package that a driver wasn't able to leave at our church. I ran in the store in a panic asking for help navigating my options. They made a phone call and I was able to connect with the driver and I had the package within a few minutes. Although UPS stores are independently owned (they're not designed to be UPS delivery troubleshooting customer service centers), the staff helped me get my problem solved. I'm very grateful!

Ladies who work there are really rude and disrespectful. They don’t want to give there names and they don’t really want to help. There attitudes are really bad and they need to have a talk with there manager or something.

The staff here are incredible, especially the two ladies that work up front. They have somehow made the chore of coming to the UPS store feel pleasant! We are lucky to have them.
