It's funny how this store is always "out of propane" my tank emptied, but yall never have any. Then always getting a snippy attitude from your employees... yeah so delightful.

Tractor supply has many items that I need and I thought were made in the USA. Unfortunately, I was wrong. Now I look for the " Made in the USA" logo.

I order online and do curbside pickup. Their website is slow and outdated but the staff at the store are always excellent and read to loaf my purchase when I pull up. We appreciate this service for heavy bags of feed and such ?

The new manager over there, Stephanie I think her name is, was a god send for me this morning.I had a mix up with an order at my regular store ( San Marcos ) and not only did she make it right for me, but I was back to work sooner than I thought. The Lockhart location reminds me of when Tractor Supply first started and was a real local parts store, with knowledgeable people who enjoy helping someone like me find parts and get back to work.I'll probably go out of my way to shop in Lockhart now.Thank you

Great service at Lockhart TSC. From cashier to Lady Mgr who called her self Grandma. Cashier was really helpful with 4th of July discount. Grandma Mgr helped load 6 gates, several rolls of wire and T-post. Service was great that we went twice. Thanks Grandma Mgr for your help.

Rae gets a 5-star review for running around the store for me. After she went back inside and caught her breath, she went to the back of the store to check on availability of a product. Actually, she didn't run around the store. But, she did walk to the back and look for something for me.Thanks, Rae.

When I first moved here 4 years ago this was a great, helpful tractor supply. Now customer service is nonexistent. Ask for help and you just stand there... Help approaches finally then turns and walk the other way. Ill be going to basically any of tye other feed stores from here on out.

It is true that the store has difficulty with deliveries and keeping shelves stocked, however, it is not the store's fault, items are ordered, but not received. As a customer it can get frustrating mainly because, for example, you need 10 feed lot panels for your ranch TODAY and they don't have any and, even though they know when trucks are coming, they can't be sure what is on them (again not their fault) so, because of the size of Lockhart, you have to go to San Marcos or Seguin. Their price increases are another issue, but, again, not the store's fault. However, even with the lack of stock, higher prices, etc. they are ALWAYS friendly, helpful, and try their best to make a frustrating situation better. You are greeted when entering and addressed by your name, the manager always makes good if items ordered online are received damaged, etc. One OUTSTANDING EMPLOYEE is CASEY & I want to commend him for his knowledge, courtesy, and dedication to his job. Whenever I go into the store, which is frequently, and see he is working I know my shopping experience will be a good one, my questions answered, and whatever I buy will be loaded as soon as I check out and all of it done with smile on his face and a great attitude. Casey is definitely a great reason to not give up on TSC Lockhart. Barbara Hale, 11 year customer

They never have someone there that knows how to fill propane tanks. Like no one else can be trained to do it. They have one lady that does it. If she's not there I have to drive to Kyle or Bastrop. This has been an on going issue at this Lockhart location.
