This is the kind of hardware store your grandpa used to talk about. Every time I go in I am greeted and am asked what I'm looking for, they then walk me to the product and further explain or answer questions. Very friendly and they go above and beyond what the big box stores offer in terms of hands on help.

Shopped at our local True Value 12/13/14, and was very pleased with the customer service. Everyone is very helpful. They have a large selection of caulk, gifts, tools, and lumber. I enjoyed spending my money with this local company.
