I went to Walgreens to get supplements because I got new insurance and they gave me a card that I can get 20% off my supplements and vitamins at Walgreens. As luck would have it the ones I needed were buy one get one free so I really got a good deal. The employees at the store were so nice and helpful. Especially the cashier that checked me out. I didn't take any pictures but you all know what Walgreens look like the store was clean and well stocked and I had an excellent experience yesterday.

This place sucks and it's no surprise why it has a 2.7 star review. The workers are incompetent and don't know how to do their job correctly. Don't go hear.

Sadly I have to give them one star to even post. The pharmacy staff are probably the most rude folks that I have ever encountered. They hang up the phone before your even finished with the conversation and when your in person they cut your conversation off. All I want to do is pick up a prescription without grief or attitude. They are sure some very unhappy people that work in the pharmacy.

If I could I would put zero stars! Disgusting customer service. My husband and I went in with our FSA card to shop for FSA products. When checking out the customer service rep had zero knowledge about FSA products nor how to delete an item from system. Upon asking her questions her answer to everything was "I Don't Know". Not once did she offer to get someone that did know. When manager came she also didn't know. Our card ended up getting blocked in amount of $800 due to lack of knowledge. Walgreens train your people!! I will be taking my services elsewhere. They just lost an $800 sale.

Tried to schedule my appt multiple times. Was told they wouldn't help me when I was having issues with scheduling, then I go in for my appt. And they tell me to go to Walmart cause they only have expired vaccines there. These people are very rude. ol lee roy in the front just gives everyone death stares til he feels like helping you. He's was rude to multiple people before he was rude to me. No sense of customer care or customer service. Thumbs ?????

My experience at the Pharmacy with employee ANDREA was awful. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the store. I went in because the drive thru was shut down, to update my insurance information and pick up medication. The first young lady that helped me was super nice and helpful. As they got my medication ready I went to get some candy and other medication for my daughter. The other employees were also super nice. Once my medication was ready I went back set the items I was going to purchase in the counter and she said “you have to put it through the other side of the plastic” that was between us. So I said nicely “I’m sorry”and proceeded to set the items on the other side (made me think how sad that she couldn’t even get the items that were placed on my side of the plastic that divided us). She started putting the items in the bag and my two year old baby started crying because she wanted her candy. While we were waiting for the pharmacist to speak with me about the medication I asked ANDREA nicely can you please give her the candy because I felt bad for the customers and employees have to hear my sick daughter crying and she replied not too me but my to my 2 year old “ you have to wait till you pay for it” what makes you think that my sick 2 year old daughter will understand what you said to her. It’s not like we were going to take of running with the $3 candy and who said I was not going to pay for it. I understand at a certain age a child will have to understand but we were both sick with an ear infection and she just made me feel even worse. It’s always so nice of an employee to help you out when they see you struggling. At other stores I some times don’t have to say anything and they are so kind to hand it over before paying. She made me feel like if we were going to steal the $3 candy. I did not end up taking the candy out of the bag until I got out of the store while my daughter cried the whole time. If I was Walgreens pharmacy I will train ANDREA BETTER WITH HER CUSTOMER SERVICE OR MAYBE SHE SHOULD FIND ANOTHER JOB THAT DOES NOT HAVE DO WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. Will be taking my services elsewhere.

at the pharmacy department there is always a hispanic lady Her name is Andrea that seems they are mad all the time and always gives you a hard time to pick up prescriptions and with no customer service to customer. seems that if they do not want to work just stay at home or find another job Andrea

Short hair rude lady working On 11/13/21 around 9:30 needs to work on her costumer service and especially her attitude. this is not the first time and have had multiple rude encounters with her.

I always price match from their website and they honor the cheapest price. Today however, the lady at the register told me that they don't do that. I told her that every other Walgreens does it but she just continued to say 'no we don't, no we don't' Pour customer service is all I can say and Walgreens just lost a customer !!!
