The employee that needs to retire,cant work the computer,and the sidekick thinks shes more important then she really is,.and catches a attitude.great in a small town.

I have never experienced the kindness, patience and proffesionalsm of what a Post Office staff person should be until I moved to Lone Star. And met Vern. Vern runs this very small Post Office where only one window is open. No matter the season, Vern never gets upset, unpolite, or disrespectful to her clients, but is instead, so helpful, generous with her time and is exactly who we need working here. I have been there when rude, unreasonably angry, inpatient, clients disrupt this very small office space. I do not think I could be more appreciative of Vern, who is very tiny, yet is so capable of keeping a consistently calm demeanor when anything like that happens. Everyone who goes to this Post office is treated the same and I for one choose Lone Star instead of other close Post Offices because of Vern.

They bring mail for people that don't live there. I put a change of address in but not all mail is being caught.

We should have package to our nephew on Christmas post office said insufficient address twice what is the address that my sister-in-law gets her mail at. So I don't know why one package can't get there

They cannot figure out after all these years whose box is which. They send mail, packages back to be lost or recovered many weeks later, or pay late fees on account of Not getting a simple invoice. Ineptness.
