I was gonna purchase through aarons, until visiting the store and seeing that everything is beat up and dirty, then they wanna charge basically full price for a broken rattling dryer. I try to point these things out and the guy just tells me to buy it new. Will never give them my business at the longview aarons. You can tell they don't take pride in their business, or care about you're well being as a consumer. I'd expect honest goods for the price they charge. But instead you pay full price for something someone else has taken half the life out of.

I am leaving this review for my mother. Cody from the Aaron’s in Longview was completely rude after my mother called to report her TV having issues, which is after she called to replace her 6 month old couch that malfunctioned. He gaslit her after throwing out that he “went above and beyond” to replace the couch after saying that the couch was neglected (he has not physically laid eyes on anything in her apartment from them). His tone was condescending, berating, and matter-of-factly. I do not recommend this store as she’s had multiple bad experiences with them during her time of renting from them. If I could give negative 5 stars, I most definitely would.

Heaven forbid you ever have a death in the family and have to pay for funeral bills because the last thing you can expect is compassion and understanding towards a late payment.

I had the best experience with Aaron’s. The receptionist was so sweet. I talked to Cody. Told him what I was looking for and he had it in my house in two days. It was completely hassle free! I never had to go in the store. It was all done over the phone because my job is crazy busy. I got beautiful furniture and my payments are not outrageous. Call Cody!

While removing a refrigerator, they damaged the front door jam, weather striping and the door itself. Trying to get ahold of someone that will do something is impossible, and the support number continue to give us the round and round. Horrible service, and will never go back. Will NEVER recommend.
