This electric company is trash! They paid Xylem tree service to destroy my Magnolia trees! They gave me no notification that this was happening! I came home to destroyed trees and limbs all over my yard that I had to clean up!

If I didn’t have to use this company I wouldn’t the worst power company in East Texas, customer service over the phone is trash, you pay a bill ON TIME… they reject the payment then blame it on the bank your using.
