Always try to look for the good and not complain. My honest review.
Cannot keep shelves stocked with product. Too many empty shelves for what I have gone in for every single visit.
I waited in line at customer service for 15 minutes. I read the cashier name tag who is Josh. He knew I had been waiting this long and left after helping the customer in front
of me without looking at me or saying a word.
You would not find customer service like this at Brookshire’s.
I wish Albertsons would step it up. :(

Good shopping experience, everyone friendly and helpful. I only gave 4 stars because of the unusually slow checker. It was actually kinda fascinating to watch someone move that slowly. Good thing I wasn't in a hurry.

I have shopped no only fo myself, but others that are my elderly clients. I first want to start off you have some excellent employees in the meat department and a few cashier's. However some of your employees leave a great deal to be desired. I do feel they oversead the good ones. I purposely have stopped coming to this as often as I used to. Sad but true. I do look forward coming in when I see Brittany in produce, LaDonna, in meat and Tammi in check-out. These ladies make up for the rudeness of other staff.

Prices don't match the label, be careful. 31.99 for chocolate protein drink is Insanity.

We’ve been coming here for a couple of months and have found zero consistency in stock. Dont fall in love with anything in the “bakery” as finding it two trips in a row is not going to happen. Most of the folks who work here make it apparent to everyone that they hate their jobs as they are complete zombies with little regard to customer presence let alone customer satisfaction. Not coming back.

The lady in customer service at 5:35 pm on September 5 should NOT be anywhere in the customer service department until she learns how to give customer service! Don’t be in customer service if you give nasty faces because you don’t want to do a return with a receipt! Also, don’t get upset when you can’t read a receipt and get mad when they point out they paid with cash!
P.S.
I have witnesses if you need proof on how way out of line the lady was!

Unbearable customer service. Customer satisfaction is not the priority, it's more of a distraction from whatever else they have to do. It's particularly bad in the pharmacy. My prescriptions are for 180 pills. The pharmacist will not fill them. He says he doesn't have enough pills to give everyone the number of pills on their prescription. 90 pills is the maximum. For some prescriptions, 30 pills is the maximum. He's adamant and has quite the personality - rude and obnoxious.

Store is generally clean and tidy, on my last visit I only noted that I smelled a strong smell in the coffee aisle, and it was not the smell of coffee. I love your flower arrangements and plants, as well as your organization. Prices, competitive, increasing like most markets... Variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. Its warm, friendly and respectful staff.

Nine times disappointed. I live within walking distance to Albertsons so it’s a convenient grocery store. I like the selections of produce, meats and seafood and am pleased with the products they sell. The employees are always nice and friendly. What I don’t like is the online shopping. I have the Albertsons app. I have experienced bad customer service in that department alone 9 times. I either don’t receive part of my order because they leave part in cooler and I have to return to the store, or I don’t get contacted in any way for replacements which I would happily agree to. I just don’t get any replacements at all and I have no idea until I get home. Today we were having dinner guests and I was to pick my order up at 5:00 pm. At 5:00 i get an email stating they were running behind. At 6:15 I call the store. They are sorry they are running behind. At 7:15 my order is ready. Since we had dinner guests coming and I never got my order so I could cook dinner I had to order food out to feed our guests. Nine times i have had a problem with my order. Nine times I have had to return to the store. I have talked to the management. They have not charged me at times for the products I didn’t get. They are always apologetic. All I want is my groceries. I could care less about free strawberries or a container of yogurt free. What it causes me to have to do is go to another grocery which defeats my purpose. If the product isn’t available then upgrade your computer system to show that. If you have personal shoppers then let them text a question during the shopping experience. My husband is ill. I can’t just run to the grocery. It’s an ordeal and that’s why I love being able to order and pay online and pick up in my car. What a big disappointment the online shopping is. I look so forward to Fresh coming. I am NOT HAPPY at all with Albertsons.

A skinny dread headed boy reeked of weed and was talking about selling the devil's lettuce to some kids all while I was trying to shop

Albertsons has many fun changes, such as:
1) yelling at handicapped people to fetch buggies for pick up employees
2) berating customers assumed to be Uber drivers
3) 1 or more hour waits for pick up
4) employees who no longer care
If these sound like amazing, try shopping at Albertsons today! Albertsons, the store that hates customers! (Coming soon, Krogers)
