“I really like living at SaddleBrook Apartments. There has never been a time that I needed something that it was not carried out the same day. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is to my liking and it’s so nice and quiet, and they made it possible that I could my own parking place assigned just for me,so that no one else can park. I love the respect and concern they give to thei residents. I just moved here in January, but I hope a resident for long time in the future. “Very nice apartments hidden right in the middle of town behind the hospital. They are still fairly new at around 5 years old, but still very nice looking on the outside as well as the inside. I'm not sure how much they cost since I was only a visitor.”

“I'm a long term Tennant of 13 years and that being said I can honestly say that I haven't had any serious issues while living here. There have been a few times when maintenance may have been overwhelmed with work orders and couldn't get something taken care of immediately but that has been on rare occassions. The Management has always been very professional and Maintenance has made sure that any thing that was in need of care was back to proper operating condition as quickly as possible. I have seen it all, from a burner on the stove not working to coming home and finding my apartment flooded. The response has always been positive no matter what time I made the call for help. Let that be a reflection of how you view The Reserve at Towne Crossing. The current Staff Members of the Management Team are very professional and it's evident to me that the Owners are doing their part to ensure that your stay at the Reserve is a pleasant one. I've never had issues with noise or unsanitary conditions. The grounds are well taken care of as well as the ammenities. The location is excellent in terms of being in an area where you don't have to drive far to do any kind of shopping. The prices for the complex are great when making a comparrison with similiar apartments in the area. I highly value The Reserve based on my years of experience living here, even with different changes Management the goal still has been to provide a pleasant atmosphere for the Tennants to live in and I believe they've accomplished that . Safety systems are checked, Exterminators are routinely used to ensure we have a positive experience. The Management Team with the support of the Owners strive to make this place you don't mind coming to. Let me welcome you to the Reserve a place that I'm proud to call home.”
