Getting my first lease signed was a breeze, and now upon renewal the office staff have gone above and beyond to help me be able to stay! Maintenance always takes care of anything I need quickly, and when they can’t they communicate well about why and when it will bet taken care of! These things make it hard to want to leave! :)”

“Very nice apartments hidden right in the middle of town behind the hospital. They are still fairly new at around 5 years old, but still very nice looking on the outside as well as the inside. I'm not sure how much they cost since I was only a visitor.”
“I am a South Louisiana Native who moved to Texas to experience something other than Louisiana for a bit. Stayed here from Nov 2023 - Nov 2024 and this place is top notch and excellent. Nestled on the outskirts of northern Longview which is a very convenient peaceful location. Zero complaints.
