I went into this location with what I thought should have been a simple fix but was extremely difficult. I believe his name was Dalton he was the only one in the store at the time but was very calm and works extremely well under pressure. It took 2 hours (not his fault I can't remember my password) but he was very patient and was dedicated to making sure I left with a working device since the last store didn't. If I could give 10 stars I would great customer service is hard to find these days. At&t take care of him or I will come recruit him..lol

Staff person (Dalton)provided excellent service to me and other customers with minimum or no assistance at ATT location on Gilmer Road in Longview Texas.

The AT&T on Gilmer rd here in Longview Tx has one of the best sales rep I’ve ever had the chance to meet. If you’re ever in need of a phone plan, I would start here. Seth was very easy going and made my first time phone plan a wonderful experience! He made sure I was taken care of in a timely manner and that everything was up and running as it should be. Your voice is beautiful and I love your energy, please keep up your great work. You’re going to get that battle ship in no time.

Stood around for a long time waiting for someone to help me, couldn’t wait longer so I walked out and went to the other AT&NT location and was able to go in and come out without any long waits. I’m never coming this one again!
