Manager Taisha’d behavior was conducted in an unprofessional manner inside the store to me and to her subordinate employee, Jaden. Yelling, refusing inquiry services pertaining to balances and disrupting service from an other agent willing to help me. No manager should ever yell and demean a customer with an insincere “God bless you” after asking the customer to leave with unsatisfactory service . Jaden is to be commended. Taisha (“Tai”) needs to be retrained. There was no call for her delivery of attitude and tone.

Chris hands down the best at the gilmer Rd location. Dudes a champ. Stayed after close just to help me out. Really cares about the people. Go ask for Chris!

This was the worst experience I've had with AT&T. I ordered an upgrade for my daughter Birthday and was supposed to pick the phone up there. They sent an email on Oct. 23rd telling me it was ready. I sent my husband up there on Oct 24th. The MANAGER, went got the the phone with his name on it and told him she couldn't give it to him because she couldn't find the order. It's canceled after 48hrs. Mind you, she's holding the phone. I call up there and explain to her that I just got the email the day before but she kept cutting me off. I told her to atop talking so i could explain and she said i was being rude. I told her I'd call cprporate. Two minutes later we get an email saying the order was canceled because the location was out of the phone. SHE HAD THE PHONE WITH MY HUSBANDS NAME ON IT IN HER HAND. I don't know if it was the last phone iphone and she wanted it or what. I will never go back there. Wish I would have gotten her name.

Had a wonderful experience this past saterday ! Tai was so helpful and friendly. It was one of the best experiences we have had in a long time in a AT&T store . The man in the wheel chair didn’t get his name but went above and beyond as well . Even opened the door for us as we left ! My husband don’t even do that !!!!

So I walk in to pay simple prepaid payment First, I am ask for an ID, which I never have to do..I have been to every AT&T in Longview, and normally I can just pay. I instantly tell her that the account is in my mom none of the other ones turned me down. They still let me pay. She was very rude and very disrespectful. And not friendly This is a terrible AT&T. I wouldn’t go to this one if that girl with the braids or dreads is in there. I appreciate the other ones around Longview. I prefer them I can get in and get out and make payments with no confusion. Poor customer service but I just payed it through the phone on 621 And the customer service is better through phone AI than she was she told me to step aside also I wasn’t even that close just poor

Not a corporate store. And apparently if you ask the lady when you call is this a corporate store or an authorized retailer her way of deceiving you is to tell you that everyone there works for AT&T. Even when I ask again is the store a corporate store or an authorized retailer just repeated the deceptive statement. After an hour on the phone I was told I may have to go to the corporate store.
