I had to get help with a new phone yesterday. AT&T on Gilmer Road was quick and very helpful,I definitely appreciate all the answers to questions. As a Senior I appreciate young ppl that help me out.

The AT&T on Gilmer rd here in Longview Tx has one of the best sales rep I’ve ever had the chance to meet. If you’re ever in need of a phone plan, I would start here. Seth was very easy going and made my first time phone plan a wonderful experience! He made sure I was taken care of in a timely manner and that everything was up and running as it should be. Your voice is beautiful and I love your energy, please keep up your great work. You’re going to get that battle ship in no time.

Stood around for a long time waiting for someone to help me, couldn’t wait longer so I walked out and went to the other AT&NT location and was able to go in and come out without any long waits. I’m never coming this one again!

Very helpful staff, just overpriced but that's not the fault of the people working there. And nobody has made a good case for the ZFold 4. You would think for $60 for the ONE they had would last, but I've had to buy 4 of them in the first 6 months.

I am always impressed by the customer service I receive at this location (Gilmer Rd/ Longview TX)Today I was assisted by a rep named Dee Dee. She was very helpful with explaining my bill to me in detail. She was very knowledgeable, polite and courteous.Regularly I’m assisted by Chance. I’ve been a customer and coming to this store since December 2022. He has always gone above and beyond with his customer service as well. He’s helped me set up my phone, set up passwords and answer any additional questions I would have.All in all this is a great store with great employees. They will hook you up!

I stopped by the ATT store on Gilmer Road Longview Texas. A lady by the name of Deedee was so helpful to me. I had problems with my email and other apps on my phone. She was delightful and very professional. You definitely have an asset in her.Thank You,Roger Loving

We are visiting family in Texas and husbands phone seems to be cracke we went to this AT&T to either get a replacement or get his fixed. At 2:30 walked up to the door and it was locked with a sticky note that said lunch break will be back at 2:00 while we were standing there a young man walked up to the door and put a larger sign that says lunch break will be back at 3:00 as he signs 3 to us thru the window. This is not a great demonstration of good customer service!!!!!!

Poor management. Manager Chance Adams kept messaging my 14 y/o daughter, harassing her saying the phone we picked up at the store which was paid for was stolen. He rather harass a 14 y/o than look in the account for who is the main person on the account. We are scalating this issue to the regional manager because even when confronted in person his poor customer service and threats were uncalled for.
