Just spoke with 2 people from the bank- I tried to open an account online last week and accidentally filled a few things out incorrectly. They are considering it fraudulent and if I try and open an account there again, I will have certain limits- because they consider me a fraudulent person. I literally have no words for this, it is ridiculous. Tasha was completely unhelpful and made me feel like a criminal when all I wanted to do was open a checking account for my direct deposit. DO NOT USE THIS BANK!

We drove up to this bank to withdraw money from the ATM. We put our debit card into the machine and it sucked it in there and then proceeded to say "this ATM is out of service." On the screen. It would not give us our card back. We drove into the next booth thing next to it and spoke to a woman who said that she'd "call us when we can access your card because we don't have access to that ATM right now." We called to complain because that's our DEBIT CARD and they said that they'd have it back to us on Monday at 11:00. What is that? What are we supposed to do for the next 4 days? We don't have access to our money because of the stupid ATM and the best they can do is 4 days?! NEVER AGAIN.

I used austin bank for years, i did not like the Palestine office but this location was always very helpful and quick to fix any problems or answer any questions. You can start an account with little money and to keep it active its 1cent in the account.

I have been banking with Austin Bank for 8+ years now. I made an oversight on my checking account recently and it through everything off. Instead of just telling me I was tough out of luck (problem I had experienced at another bank), they helped me find a solution that worked with our issues.... I LOVE THIS BANK. Thank you!!!!!
