I had a great experience at Best Buy recently. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and didn’t pressure me into anything. They really took the time to explain the differences between products and helped me find exactly what I needed within my budget. The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. I especially appreciated how fast the checkout process was and how easy it was to do in-store pickup.

My husband and I had two fantastic experiences at best buy in longview last week!
Kayla was very helpful, as well as, bright and bubbly. Her personality made the experience of buying tech much less overwhelming :)
During the second visit we made, Micheal helped us with finding what we needed! Not only was he kind and patient, he took the time to make sure we would be happy with our decisions on the items we purchased. His sparkling personality was the icing on the cake for another great experience at this location!
All in all, our visits to this location of best buy have been quite pleasant, and dare i say, fun?
