don’t get your iphone fixed here. they will probably end up shipping it off to apple & you’re stuck without a phone for over a week. you are better off driving to dallas, going to the apple store, and getting your phone fixed in one day.(one of the employees also suggested to me) the employees are friendly but i would not trust best buy with my phone.

Best Buy was great. Ethan, the sales person that worked with me was wonderful with me. Very patient and understanding with me. He worked and worked with me until the problem was almost solved. Thank you, Ethan. He works in the Longview store off Loop 281.

Customer service was amazing especially when the employee by the name of Keisha was very helpful. She pointed me in all the right directions for the items I needed. I ended up spending $2500 for everything. I would have spent much more somewhere else thank you Keisha!!!!

There are so many hidden fees hidden rules, hidden everything if you buy from this company they have completely changed what Best Buy used to be. They want $250 to help me link my printer to my computer.And they want to act like they’re the only ones that knows how to do things and talk down to you as if you’re an idiotThat’s from the geek squad manager to the store manager so if you want to be humiliated in front of the entire store, go ask a question and see how they treat you

Cost me a fortune in mistakes! Literally brought the “freak squad” specs I needed for computer to push my gaming. TWICE given wrong system! 2nd time I ate the cost due to me traveling for work and didn’t make it back in time to take back. Staff has no clue on computers/electronics. Hiring process must be some “woke” disaster. No qualified personnel in house. Service is also terrible! DO NOT GO. Order online

I ordered a Roku thing for my tv and my wife’s email said that it was getting prepared and then we went to Best Buy to get it and they were already closed at 8:00 when the website says they close at 9:00 who ever the manager was tonight needs to be fired or if y’all close at 8:00 now y’all need to fix your website

Apparently 6 yrs ago I gave them a 4 star rating. If I could give 1/2 star I would officially give 2 1/2 stars. I had purchased an otter box phone cover for my child's new IPhone 15. I wanted to return or exchange the item. Admittedly, I lost the receipt and the young attendant was able to locate the date of purchase and explained we only had 2 wks to bring it in to exchange. To which I was surprised at the limited time frame, but was cool about it... like wow...not much time, but ok, is there anyways this once we could be allowed a grace period to exchange the item? He laughs and says no. I said what if I ask a manger...he said no. I responded, there is a manger here isn't there and he said yea (not yes ma'am...guess I look young ;) )but it's not going to do any good, and I said well I'd still like to try, it doesn't hurt to ask. She was summoned over, and she didn't say boo, hey you...nothing. logged in, allowed for exchange, which I am grateful for! However. She could of said you suck, read the rules...I'm wielding my magical managerial powers now to allow for an exchange and bam! But nooo, nothing. I only knew it was allowed because it showed we were owed the $50, which we happily applied to our new purchase of headphones. This store is NOT the same... the customer service is severely lacking from the employees to the management team.Best buy, if you want to stay competitive and give people a reason to come through the doors...catch up and catch a clue.
