I read the reviews that say fast delivery and great customer service. Which I will say everytime I called getting info about 2-360 pwc lifts that yes the customer service was great. I forwarded all the info to my customer and she purchased the lifts on 6/26/23 we were told the estimated delivery would be on the 17th of July. A cpl weeks later we decided that we needed 2 remotes. They were ordered with a delivery of August 8th. The remotes were delivered today on the 17th. Great good job. My problem is I call BH to confirm the delivery on Friday the 14th and was told the lifts had not even been picked up yet but not to worry that I would receive a call from the freight company over the weekend to schedule the delivery time on Monday the 17th. I found this interesting because the rep from BH told me they were closed on Saturday and Sunday but I said ok. We'll I never recieved a call. I called BH this morning and first asked why would she tell me this especially after me telling her I had a crew waiting on this delivery. Could not get a straight answer. I contacted Estes freight company and asked about the delivery. I was told Bh did not tell them when to deliver their freight. And my 2 lifts were in Arlington sitting on a trl and they couldn't tell me when it would be delivered until it made it to their location. At that time they would schedule the delivery. Maybe by the end of the week is all the lady could tell me. My point is it is better to be straight with people that are purchasing your product rather than to straight up lie to a person when there's no need in it. I mean come on it took 3 weeks for the product to even leave BH after it was purchased. At the last minute before the estimated delivery date. As I said all the reps I spoke with up until the call I made on Friday were great. The call on Friday really needs to be researched to find out why she felt the need to lie. Bruce Daniels

Order received in a damaged open box and one end and re-taped on the other. Inspection found that the contents were used and obviously returned by a previous customer and resold to me. Requested to return for credit and was informed that I was responsible to repackage and take to a location they choose. No thanks, you delivered crap and it's their responsibility to come get it to the delivery address. Dispute filed with credit card company...I will get my refund and if they want their damaged goods they can come get them.

GREAT COMPANY. I PREVIOUSLY BOUGHT A PONTOON LIFT WHICH WORKED PERFECTLY. RECENTLY I HAD TO BUY A 10 POUND CABLE WEIGHT FOR THE SKI BOAT. AGAIN, GREAT SERVICE AND QUALITY.

I've had the worst customer service experience. I tried to change shipping to ground from 3-day delivery (from $167 to $80--still ridiculous for one item) soon after placing the order. The rep to whom the matter was escalated was extremely rude/unprofessional/argumentative--even with my credit union rep on the call, too. "It takes one to know one," she said to me at one point. She threatened legal recourse. No sense of CS. I will share broadly. Do not buy from this company.

Extremely expensive for plastic handle; however it was quick ship and the item fit perfectly. If not for a price gouging issue I would have issued 5stars.

Very rude customer service, trying to get a motor covered under warranty after just a couple months of service and customer service will not accept the warranty request, even though I have all the documents needed, the customer service agent hung up on me twice, and refused to assist in getting the failed motor replaced under warranty. Beware of buying anything from this company.

I had some challenges in that the wiring diagrams I was provided were not consistent between those provided by BH and the motor manufacturer. But, BH was able to quickly help me and all is working perfectly. Would recommend.

Great customer service. Fast shipping. Had a little difficulty with navigating the website. Selected cables and went to cart, but then was unable to continue shopping the entire product line. I called the next day and the CSR could not have been any friendlier or helpful. Great experience.

Received quickly and in great condition. It lifts my waverunner with ease at a reasonable pace. I had to make some modifications to the lift for it to bolt on but it is sturdy now. I do wish there was a neater way to store the controller. It looks well sealed but it just lays on the dock now.

I have installed one of the new davit motors and your wiring help for the furnas switch was very helpful. It runs perfectly and I will definitely do business again. Shipping was fast with no problems.
