I just got my tires put on my car the back. The next thing I know my bill is 277.00 This is for my little2013 Toyota. That was all I wanted. Guess I should have shopped around. Didn’t need my front tires off for any reason!!! Not returning bad again.

Changing my review to one star today. Came in and Jorge, was being extremely rude. I told him what Toyota said needed to be done to the car and he continued to ask questions about what it was doing but upset that the car wasn't doing those things. He'd ask a question for my information and then would ask a question about the car before I give an answer to the first question. I literally had to just stop him and continue talking to explain what I had already spoke to someone over the phone about. He tried to pretend the person I spoke to was wrong but the i spoke to guy was standing right next to him. That guy asked the car type and confirmed what he told me over the phone was true. Jorge apparently gets paid as long as he shows up and running a professional business doesn't matter to him.

Had wife take the tire to get it patched. There was a hole in the side wall. Took the tire off to get a new one. They cross threaded two lug nuts so bad they both broke off removing them. They are always so busy up there, their guys must be in too much if a hurry to properly start the lug nuts by hand. Takes pure negligence to cause this. Also had a tire on the back worked on. Fingers crossed I guess.

Nice and courteous folks. Went to get car when called. Car had several alarms on dash like check engine, etc. This happened from changing brakes. Ended up having to leave car longer to get everything reset.

This is a very bad place ?they charge me $1,400 for something that it was all messed up they couldn't fix it they leave it worse and I still have to pay over $1,400 didn't have professional qualified people to work they lie too much ?

Came to get the tires rotated and balanced, but he informed me the tires on the back where to old to even be on the road so he wouldn't rotate any of them. Instead he charged me a rack fee that hadn't been mentioned prior.
