Love this shop! The guys were honest and explained to me exactly what they thought needed to done as well as things needed in the near future. I did not feel pressured to do all repairs needed NOW

Went to have a tire plugged. Waited an hr and ended up leaving going else where that took less than 20 min even tho they were busy.

I had to take my car in for some new shoes today and as always was very well taken care of! I’m pretty sure Roberto Rios was out there changing those tires himself! This is probably at least my third purchase of tires from Big 5 and I have never been disappointed in the quality, price or service! Customer service is always ( chef’s kiss) top knotch! Thank you so much for getting me taken care of today, you already know that I will be back!

Sergio and his team did an incredible job on fixing my vehicle. Not only did they fix it well but they went to bat for me to the insurance who were trying to not cover all that they should have! Excellent Customer service and super kind people!

I am not an influencer, but this place rocks. Alex, Luis and Zuriel are the nicest and most knowledgeable people I have ever met. Even though I was there from about 7:30 to about 2pm. It wasn’t their fault, I had a lot of problems with my car. One of the men, was kind enough to give me his lunch, thank you sir. They all treated me with dignity and kindness and respect. This will most definitely be my go to place for all my car needs. Thank you all at Big 5 tire and auto service!!!!

Under different managers and Deez Fokes still go off, under Ms. Kaitlin my mysteriously jammed seat belt was permanently restored for good, and when I started working two full times jobs as my new daily schedule, sergio let me sleep for 2 hours.

Sergio at Big Five on Tyler street is very professional and pleasant. This company is definitely my go to for alignment and oil changes so far. They are very knowledgeable and do a great job.
Fast forward a month- not only can they handle tire related issues, but also replace spark plugs and clean up intake/exhaust systems. The environment here is stress free and Sergio once again provided excellent customer service and explained exactly what they could do and the cost. Affordable and reliable!
April 2024- needed back brakes and everything was done in a timely manner with a the consistent customer service I have received every time here! Job well done!

10/10 Recommend this place! The Store Manager Roberto Rios went above and beyond to make sure my car was at its top peak of performance during the service process. My car is now running like new again. Very honest, trustworthy and reliable place! Go check them out. ????
