I was trapped in here because of a 🌪 outbreak and the staff did a great job of making sure the customers were escorted to the safest place in the store. They even passed out refreshments and gave us weather updates on where the tornadoes were touching down. Thanks, everyone at big lots for keeping others safety in mind.👏🏻

Pretty organized store but that bathroom smells horrible...you can smell it before entering that area.I have never been to one that smelled like that.
