“Had a Dodge Ram 3500 they got hit in the side my a dear coming out of the woods. Took it to One stop automotive. Their staff was friendly and got me the information that I needed for my insurance claim. Once I got the claim number to them they were able to schedule me in to start on my truck. Took about 4 days to repair the bed side that was damaged. They did a awesome job on the repair and clean the inside and out of my truck.
Definitely will use them again.”
“I have used Danny's for over 18 years. He has always been easy to work with and not hassel. Family friendly. Great body work. This last collision repair took 3 months, not by fault, but by delay of parts. Nonetheless, after picking repaired 2022 Mercedes 500s, i drove it immediately to Shreveport where at stateline my Mercedes ran hot and had to be pulled over. All coolant and leaked completely out, and my Mercedes emblem was not secured in hood. I made a decision to have car towed back to Danny's. He checked out unit and took full responsibility for leak in radiator. One of his technicians didnt secure pipe properly. He fixed it and said he was sorry like a gentleman. I was impressed with his honesty. For that reason only, I give 4 out of 5. I will use him again.”

“Great communication. I received many text messages throughout the repair process telling me what was happening, if they were waiting on a product, and when to expect my car to be ready.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. When I arrived for my appointment, I didn't have to wait for more than a couple of minutes for my service advisor to be ready to collect my car and information. The quote came back quickly and they did a fantastic job with repairs. It looks as good as new.”
