The store had a peculiar smell when we walked in, bathroom was not clean and lock on door would not engage or disengage correctly, and one particular staff member apparently thought that my mother, myself and a friend visiting from out of state looked suspicious and proceeded to follow us around , keeping a close eye on us like we were going to steal something. Shortly after, we left and went to Cavenders and spent our money there instead in a much cleaner, better smelling, friendlier establishment.

Staff was great! I was short on time and needed a specific type of jacket for my son to use at work. She immediate took us to what they had available. Then we found the gloves to match We're very happy with the service!!

They also have hats and the fitter on site

Applied for a job here and was told I was hired never heard from them again called to check in multiple times and was brushed off. Came into the store to shop and ask about my position and was treated coldly by employees, don’t wanna waste my time or money in here I’ll shop elsewhere.

It was a nice place, organized, good customer service. They have a lot but still didn't have everything. I didn't find what I was looking for. They are good but I think Cavender has a better inventory still.

Little pricey to me 150 to 200 for a pair of cowboy boots I wear wide boots square toe durangos or others but I walked in and told me the price of there boots I'm like no thank you I walked out not bad if you need boots but I was on a budget a little bit my old boots had seen better days have had um for years but if you need western wear go check um out

I bought a pair of work boots from them for nearly $250. 4 weeks of use and the soles began to fall off in the heel area and they were taking on water just from walking in wet grass and they are supposed to be water proof. Once in the store I was told that it looked like it was because of how I walked and it caused uneven wear and I would need to call the manufacturer. The manager was polite but it's ridiculous to tell someone the way they walk is why the $250 dollar boots failed after 4 weeks. It seems they make it difficult to warranty faulty merchandise which is opposite of what they claim when you purchase these items.
