Jay was amazing throughout the entire process with my building. I didn’t have the best experience with the company building my building, but Jay kept going to bat for me until everything was done correctly. First of all, the company shipped my building 2 hours in the opposite direction. Even though I had witnessed Jay enter my address correctly in the system, and the driver never confirmed the address with me, the company still charged approximately $1500 delivery fee back to Jay. I think Jay actually lost money on my building. However, that never stopped Jay from helping me until the company corrected the issues with my building. I’m pretty sure Jay dropped that company, as well he should! If/when I need another building or carport, he’ll be the guy I go to. Take note that some of the negative reviews are from his past employees who took advantage of him, stole from him and trespassed on his property by “squatting” in some of his buildings. Their fictitious reviews are their attempt at revenge on Jay for having them thrown out. Jay is a great guy and gets 5 stars in my book. Those ex-employees bearing false witness get no stars! The company that built my building maybe 3 stars My building is great…now…but their customer service sucks!

I placed a deposit on a 30x50 building and clearly told Matthew Wilkins that it would be going on a wood floor. He stated a wood floor was fine, but I’d have to pay $15 each for specific lag bolts to secure the building to my floor. I was fine with that. So I spent $4,000 pouring concrete footers, building cinderblock towers, and then building the floor on top of that. Only to find out that the company installing my building won’t certify it on a wood floor. I tried reaching the shop foreman and the general manager, but neither have returned my calls. I’ve been lied to, misled, and hung out to dry after paying nearly $2,000 in deposit money and $4,000 on a subfloor. After Matt tried to sell me a building twice the amount and doubling my payments, I declined and asked for a refund. Only to get told it will take 30 days to get my money back. When I questioned why it takes 30 days to simply refund my money back to my card, I got told “That’s the policy”. I would absolutely NOT recommend this company to anyone.

Daren was great to work with throughout the building design and quote process . Super fast and friendly even after several design changes. Great price and the crew showed up on the day we scheduled from the beginning. Had it up in a few days with great work and completely cleaned when done. Thanks!

I would give ten stars if it were possible! Mikey went above and beyond, from the first point of contact, all the way to the building installation, and even recently made contact just to make certain that the building has met my every expectation! I reached out to dozens of these places, but in the end I wish I hadn't wasted my time since Buildings For Less was easily the obvious choice.

Mikki did a great job of making sure we were kept informed throughout the process of purchasing our steel building. She went to bat for us when there were issues with the manufacturer we started out with and found an alternative that saved us money and kept the project moving forward.

Extremely thorough and professional people to do business with. Even though I wasn't able to purchase due to permitting issues. They lead me in the right direction and I was able to find out before going through everything and finding out in the end.
