My husband and I won’t be back at this location for a while. Some guy was at the door with a asset protection vest on and he saw me pay for my item but still approached me asking to see my receipt but then going to tell us it’s “optional”. If it was SO optional why did you ask? Especially when you stood there and watched us go through the checkout line and pay. I let him see my receipt because I have nothing to hide and if I had gotten an attitude with him he would’ve only tried to accuse us of something that we didn’t do. Word of advice Burlington, hire people who are more qualified to work in asset protection because this is not how it’s supposed to go. My husband and I have been a long time paying customers of your store but after today, we won’t be back until you properly educate your asset protection on how to properly do his job.

I don't like how small Burlington became. They used to have all the cool stuff before but now it's basically just another Ross. I was disappointed at the changes. On the plus side , it's cleaner and more organized now. Just a whole lot less stuff than in the previous location.

April from dressing rooms was extremely rude to my grandmother and mother, and even after I approached to make my mother feel comfortable to try on a shirt, April stared at my mom and made a face at her and myself. She kept rolling her eyes, we ended up leaving everything. Calling Hr as I type this to complain about her, she did the same thing to another older Hispanic woman

During my visit to the store, a downpour came and the unconscious staff took us out of the store, putting us in danger due to the strong winds.

The loss preventation lady employee seems to hate her job. Was so rude- just wanted to be slouching across the desk chit chatting. I bought a toddler outfit a while back, an employee left the ink tag on the shirt- went back today and she immediately said "No, I don't want to tag this tag off. Someone else can do it." Why is it my fault, an employee left it on. I did not have my receipt, but according to another employee she could've looked my item up using my phone number that they asked for at the time of purchase or even my debit card. What an inconvenience I was for her. Ol girl needs an attitude fix.

The prices were reasonable, but check out lines were super ridiculous, with only two cashiers.
