“The customer service when I picked up the car was trash. The man didn’t explain anything correctly and had things all messed up and only wanted to complain about his job took me an hour to get in and out the person there before me was done within 8 mins of me being there.. THE PHONES DO NOT WORK…The way the charge is crazy and all backwards…The ONLY reason they are getting 4 stars is because the car was very good and nice and clean no bad smells or stains even had a small set of instructions with it and I had to extend my rental which is usually a pain but was very quick and easy online to do that and the woman that was there when I returned the car was the ABSOLUTE BEST very caring and fixed my problems and explained everything to me she is a 10/10 at her job… This company is a hit or miss in many ways but I think I would use it again if I had to”
“I had a great experience with this store. I rented a car for 2 days and was very happy with the service. Specifically Kendle, Chalina, and Brandon were very helpful. They made the process easy and were the nicest people. They each made sure that I was taken care of. The next time I need to rent a car I will use this place again. I’ve rented cars at other companies and they were not near as professional as Enterprise. Hopefully I get the chance to deal with this staff again. Thanks for the great experience!”
