“My SUV had to be in the shop for several days(another dealership) and we are a 2 car family. I had called Enterprise (whom we deal with thru my job) -they couldn’t guarantee a car for me, I called Avis and was put on a 20 minute hold. Out of desperation I called Patterson and was sent over to Antwan. HE is the best!!! Made all arrangements over the phone and picked up a car within an hour! He is truly a lifesaver, he even texted me the next day to make sure I was happy with the car. Kindest most professional person that I have ever dealt with. I will definitely be a repeat customer and I have already told many of my coworkers that if they needed a car- he’s their guy! Thank you so very much!”

“I utilized Avis at the Longview, TX. regional airport for business purposes. The process to pick-up the vehicle was quick. The vehicle was a late model vehicle and was in very good condition. It drove well, all of the electronics worked fairly well. The pairing of the phone to the vehicle worked, however, I was unable to hear the text as it was being read out loud and it was not clearly evident how to get the volume for that to increase. Each time I tried, the radio volume was the only thing affected.I had to use the windshield wipers and, sometimes these are overlooked on a rental since not everyone has to use them. I checked the vehicle in without difficulty.The only thing that I didn't care for was how far I had to go to get the vehicle in the parking lot. I was alone. I had one very large and heavy suitcase, a medium sized suitcase, a backpack and a small carryon. I have a bad back and having to haul this all out without some sort of baggage cart would have been helpful. Even if I needed to take it out to use it and then bring it back in.I will be using this location again several times and I will plan accordingly with regard to getting my stuff to the vehicle...I just haven't figured out how yet since I will be dropped off long before the location opens.”

“The customer service when I picked up the car was trash. The man didn’t explain anything correctly and had things all messed up and only wanted to complain about his job took me an hour to get in and out the person there before me was done within 8 mins of me being there.. THE PHONES DO NOT WORK…The way the charge is crazy and all backwards…The ONLY reason they are getting 4 stars is because the car was very good and nice and clean no bad smells or stains even had a small set of instructions with it and I had to extend my rental which is usually a pain but was very quick and easy online to do that and the woman that was there when I returned the car was the ABSOLUTE BEST very caring and fixed my problems and explained everything to me she is a 10/10 at her job… This company is a hit or miss in many ways but I think I would use it again if I had to”

I needed a full size truck for a long road trip and was treated to an upgrade for a much nicer than basic vehicle. It made our trip absolutely more comfortable and enjoyable. I've rented from them multiple times for business trips, and always get the best of customer service and sincere attitudes. There's nothing worse than a fake smile or demeanor in businesses... this does not exist at their location!”
