“Just rented from Avis in Longview. Major kudos to Felicia, Fred, Cindy and David who made my experience stress-free! Felicia's personality is absolutely made for front-line customer service! She was such a joy to work with, helping with everything from day 1 and getting the keys, to 13, 1 day after returning the keys, in walking me through the website to this area to give all the Longview staff high praise!! Cannot thank them enough!
100% on EVERY aspect! No need to rent from anyone else in the east Texas area, they are simply the best!
Next time, I will use the veteran's discount! My fault for having not asked about it when renting!”
“There are not enough stars to give this place. From the time I walked in, to the time I drove away with my NEW CAR Misty was and is an absolute angel. She spoke to me like I was a human and not a credit score. I will NEVER go to or recommend another car place to rent or buy a car before I come here ever again.”
“Excellent service, friendly staff, and have a decent selection of vehicles. I travel for work often (3 weeks a month generally) and have used Budget at East TX Regional Airport almost exclusively; the only times I haven’t were when I didn’t have my ducks in a row. I was disappointed with other rental services in the area. I will continue to use Budget since I have never had any problems. 10/10!”
“I want to take the time to really brag on the team at this location. Chase(like the bank?) & Sarah are great. I’ve rented from them several times. For insurance purposes, for family vacations, etc. They go above and beyond to insure honest business. The process is always easy with them. Whenever there is any issues along the way, they give legitimate service everytime. Also, they almost always have nice, clean cars available!”
“Dylan has turned this location into a great rental car experience. Thank you Dylan, Jo and team for being great at what you do and making your customers feel appreciated. Keep up the great work!!”
“My car rental experience with Hertz in Longview, TX was top-notch from start to finish. The process of reserving and returning the vehicle was incredibly smooth. When I needed to extend my rental period, I was able to do so quickly and easily online. The price I paid was very competitive, and the staff who delivered and picked up the vehicle were friendly and attentive. The car itself was in excellent condition, and as a hybrid, it had fantastic fuel economy.”
