For insurance purposes, for family vacations, etc. They go above and beyond to insure honest business. The process is always easy with them. “The customer service when I picked up the car was trash. The man didn’t explain anything correctly and had things all messed up and only wanted to complain about his job took me an hour to get in and out the person there before me was done within 8 mins of me being there.. THE PHONES DO NOT WORK…The way the charge is crazy and all backwards…The ONLY reason they are getting 4 stars is because the car was very good and nice and clean no bad smells or stains even had a small set of instructions with it and I had to extend my rental which is usually a pain but was very quick and easy online to do that and the woman that was there when I returned the car was the ABSOLUTE BEST very caring and fixed my problems and explained everything to me she is a 10/10 at her job… This company is a hit or miss in many ways but I think I would use it again if I had to”
