I would like to publicly shout out Carry All carlot for going above and beyond to help their customers. Especially a single mom like myself trying to stay afloat. Chris and Jasmine are amazing people with such a great spirit to help where needed..brings me to tears how much they help me always willing to help.. with a smile doing it.. I'm so thankful for this car lot.. if you ever in need of a dependable reliable car with excellent customer service, check them out. The owner Jesse is amazing also, he approved me last year when other lot wouldn't..thanks for giving me a chance

Iesha was very professional and very informative on questions asked about paperwork on vehicle. No hidden tricks on vehicle, upfront on small issues that I'd expect on older used cars and that what really sold me on the purchase... being truthful goes a long way these days with all the crooked car salesman/woman that are out to deceive you today. This is my second vehicle that I have bought from Carry-All and hopefully I'll be back!

The manager here needs people skills you don’t ask people what they need with a third car first of all one car wasn’t hers and second of all that’s none of their business, third of all you must not want business because she running them off and I’m pretty sure everyone is talking about the same woman in these reviews YALL need to get rid of her the lady to the office in the left your rude and disrespectful

I hate that I have to give a star just to write a review.. I tried to buy a car 2013 Ford Taurus with a 149k miles and they wanted to do a credit check for a buy here pay here that's totally insane. None the less went straight to Tyler and got a 2015 Cehvy Malibu with 80 thousand miles and more features plus they approved me and got a great deal with a warranty... I would highly suggest Drive Time in Tyler Texas it goes towards your credit..

Was trying to purchase a car today 02/26/2020 and was told by one of the worker that said she was the manager that her boss would not be comfortable selling us a car due to the fact that we have 2 vehicles already so what was the purpose of a 3rd vehicle. Truth be told the worker(manager) was in her feeling because I asked her to show me policy where I had to list a person as a driver on my insurance when I know for a fact all I need to have is full coverage insurance on the vehicle. Which that was no problem. Carry All Cars need to re-evaluate the people that they put in manger position so they can possibly keep business instead of running them off.

I bought previous car and had no issues..just paid it off n I went back to purchase a car...and 3 weeks after getting car...the driver door wont close while I'm in Dallas so get bk to town n take car to FORD . And was informed of 6 RECALLS and yes door issue was one of them (and they will need car at least 2 to 3 weeks waiting for parts to fix all the RECALL issues).Wait ? What? I can afford to be without a ride for 2 or 3 weeks nor afford to pay car note and get a rental for 2 to 3 weeks..soo i call carry all n all jennifer says is NOTHING THEY CAN DO..but you got my money..so just got a letter from FORD of 2 more RECALLS ( yep thts 8 RECALLS) I definitely wont pick another FORD...last one I had was over 43 yrs ago my 1st car was a Ford maverick...sooo imma be letting carry all have the JUNK back soon..preparing for other means now..my suggestion would be to check for RECALLS as soon as they purchased cars from auction instead of them just sitting on the LOT waiting for an unsuspecting paying customer to come in...this Ford I purchased could have been getting RECALLS fixed b4 it was presented on the LOT as for sale to ME or anyone else..truly disappointed and won't buy from them again...and obviously they don't care customers because they created the RULES of nothing they can do....yep it looks good...but sounds like the bottom gonna fall off...jingling and bumping sounds and alot of RECALLS ..8 to be EXACT ???
