  Great gas prices but you see the guy works nights, sometimes days, really needs to go He's rude and disrespectful, we paid for our gas we had gotten 50 dollars worth of gas and only got 23$ worth. So I went in and asked about it he was very rude not the first time, so I sent my husband in and my husband was very calm about it and asked why it was not giving us the rest of our gas and then replys with you need to leave. My husband said why, he just said you need to leave your banned so pls help get rid of him, he has longish, blonde hair and heavy set and just needs to leave that place, horrible customer service or help push to get him retrained something needs to be done.

  Good priced gas very clean and cheap tobacco 5 stars. They offer discounts with a phone # entered. Good deals. Nice location . ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  They are amazing folks that work here and patient with answering questions from us, 😆 lol! They allowed me and my girl to sit there and wait on a cab that took forever and they never once asked us to leave our acted like we were a problem. We sat there for five hours. Kindness is here at this place, know that!

  There’s an entirely professional and curtious staff here currently, and it’s often efficient and friendly I gotta say. I would’ve given more stars, but I do have a bone to pick with whoever the woman, who maybe had a a bad day so I ain’t mad at em’, however I had ten dollars in quarters, attempting to make a purchase, and was told not only that she wouldn’t, but that she could not due to policy. It’s one thing if she just didn’t wanna count four quarters… a whopping ten times when counting the till, and the right to refuse service to anyone stands, I get that. But to straight up lie, when I’m fact the owner or whoever creates store policy, would likely be upset you denied a perfectly legal tender for no good reason. Business 101, money is money, and when someone has change, they don’t wanna pay with it in the first place generally, it’s embarrassing to a degree. So to deny them is honestly a bold and cold power move. I do not believe I’ve seen this person working since, so I’ll say again, the current staff: Big homie who be jamming the blues and rnb, the homie with a similar vibe but where hats, the lovely ladies who always where their smiles, and shout out to the homie R-k and the king Shiply’s attendants, a sweet joyful older gal, an old best friends momma Ms Michelle much loveWord upOh and y’all quit selling my Juul pods VT 5% in a 2pack and I’m forever salty for that lol

  This whole store is my family!!! Mrs. Mandy, Lola, Roshunda, Leonard, Crystal, and Danny. It's hard to find a store where you love every single person no matter the shift. Basically my second home lol. They treat the restroom like it's the one in their home. Love you guys?

  Stop to get gas and rest for a little while before Preston on at Gilmer Texas restrooms were not as tidy as should be but OK.

  Thai store always has some of the cheapest fuel advertised on their sign. It does cause me to pull in. But the pumps are usually slower than any pump I have ever seen. Today I pulled in and Pump 3 and 4 both would not pump a single gallon. I left in search of another station. I tried to call and notify the attendant, but there was no answer after 6rings. Please fix your pumps or at least put a bag over them so people know they are broke.

  This is not what u call a convenience store. In the mornings don't be in a rush. The lines are long and only one cashier. Which ever cashier is there at the time even tho she is slammed with customers they continues to smile.

  Well I guess no one can ask to speak to a manager any more, because instead of a manager being called the cops are called! An employee got mad and called the cops on my husband because he asked to speak with a manager over an incorrect sign! Not impressed with this particular station!

  Been stopping at this place for years and never reserved bad service. The manager is so nice and the workers are always polite.
