I have the iPhone 13 Pro Max and I recently just got the front screen and the back of the phone re did it took the lady 2 hours to complete I get the phone everything looks normal she had rubber bands holding it together and told me to wait 2 hours for my phone to reset. The next day my phone starts LAGGINGGG I’ve gotten my screen fixed before and it has never lagged!! It’s still lagging and it’s been 2 weeks!!! I called and told them I’m having issues and that they need to fix it. I think the owner or somebody told me they can fix my screen again for free,so I came in the next day I told the gentleman everything and he said he’ll fix it..10 minutes go by he’s finished? It usually takes them 20 minutes to put a screen on and my phone was still unlocked usually I wouldn’t be about to use for about an hour.all he did was put a new screen protector on it!!! When I check the phone while I was up there there was no lagging when I got home my phone is still lagging and i realized he didn’t add a new screen but instead wasted my time I travelled an hour out to get my phone re did .I’m highly disappointed I come here all the time for phone cases or if I need something fixed. For me to spend $300 2 weeks ago for them to replace my phone screen and all they did was add a new screen protector That’s ridiculous, do better.

They messed up my phone, they didn't seal it back up correctly and my front camera isn't right. The Screensaver feel off and dirt gets into my front facing camera. They need to fix it correctly i paid alot of money for them to fix it right the first time I'm not a happy customer.....

Maybe not the place to go if you're having technical issues or you need virus removal. However, he worked on my wifes phone almost an hour, but could not provide a remedy, and therefore did not charge her. So, that counts for something.

Took my phone to get the screen replaced. They replaced it quickly, but immediately my phone notified me it wasn’t a genuine part, and it’s become laggy and the phone is getting hot. Also the screen doesn’t get very bright. Wish I could leave a better review but not feeling to confident in this one.

My phone’s screen was not working because of some water damage and I was freaking out because I need my phone fixed ASAP. Called multiple stores and nobody answered or said it would take at least 1-2 weeks. I called them as my last hope and they said they could fix it for me in 20 min. I drive over and they took care of it FAST. Not to mention they where super friendly, helpful and reassured me my phone was going to be fine and I wouldn’t loose anything on it. My phone was back to new! Everything worked properly and my screen looks great. Not to mention it was affordable! Definitely will make the drive again if I ever need any other services. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

After another shop wanted to charge me $45 to clean lint out of the charging port and acting like I was inconveniencing them
I came here and was treated with respect and they did it for $10

Brought my older XR iPhone in with a cracked screen. The service couldn't have been any better! They had the screen in stock and I sat in a comfortable couch and watched family feud on their TV and ten minutes later I had my phone and was on my way. Excellent!!!

Went to their store yesterday with my mother and it was a very good experience...she had a charging port that needed to be replaced...the young lady at the front was super helpful and very kind and professional and the service to fix the port was very fast...most enjoyable time I've had in a cellphone repair shop...the young lady talked and joked with us a little bit while we finished our business...very cool definitely will visit and recommend to others
