I called this place to inquire about getting my grandmother’s phone looked at. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the exact device name on hand, but I figured he could at least give me a ballpark estimate for Android repairs. My grandmother just has a basic Android, and I’m not sure what the issue is yet. The man I spoke with seemed really agitated by my questions. I’m working and can’t just walk into the store right now. I was simply asking for an estimate based on similar repairs they’ve done before. I completely understand there are many types of Androids and unknown issues, but there’s a respectful way to communicate that. His attitude was unnecessarily rude, and it honestly made me end the call quickly. I won’t be doing business with this place, customer service goes a long way, and a little patience and kindness cost nothing.
