I brought a friend who has just retired to open open an account with a banker named Kaci Roel.
She acted very suspicious to two old people in their sixties. Or perhaps our casual clothes were beneath her, but her icy attitude spoke all. She was very adamant about the fact Chase is selective, and behaved as if we should leave.
We persevered and opened an account in spite of Kacy. Then she put a government check on a 15 day hold. I have been banking with chase since the mid-nineties, and may just have to move on.

Why is this ATM at the drive-through always down? This is the 4th or 5th time in the last 6 months?

Refusal to refund a fraudulent charge. If you are looking to bank somewhere new, avoid Chase.

Can’t get through to anyone. Was charged $89 for a service I did not receive. They refuse to refund my money. I will be closing both my checking and savings. I’ve been with them for years and have quite a bit of money with them now but I’m that disappointed in their lack of service that I’m willing to completely change banks.

Tgis is 1 star for chase bank in general..nothing to do with certain locations.. deposited a 500.00 check from a local car place and the bank claimed they couldnt deposit the check due to them not being able to verify the phone number on the check.. yet the check was from a local place. They refused to just call the number on the check ...they said they have to run it through their verify system and then if they can verify the number then they can call the place. They claimed they coulndt verify the companies number so they couldnt deposit the check.. yet they have cashed it already is what the collision center told me...because its out of their bank account. Yet chase is refusing to give me my money!! I have been fighting this since june 2023. I jave reported it to executive directors...nothing has been done.? so if anyone knows how i can get my 500.00 back from Chase that would be great. Or who i need to call.

This has been the most pleasant experience I have had when visiting a bank. Its charismatic, professional and helpful staff is willing to help and clarify any questions that may arise. Chase Bank inspires confidence and security, I recommend it.

There should not be one phone number for Chase as a whole with an automated system that does not even give you the option to speak to a person at that given location.

Their ATMs are always out of service. You would think they would have their stuff working, especially on weekends regret having this bank.

Poor customer service. Do not attempt to open a new account because it is not a priority to them.
