The one star rating is only because zero stars is not an option. I went to this Chase location today to deposit cash into my mother and sons bank accounts. We were previously told I could deposit money for them as long as I had a copy of their driver’s license. I gave the teller 2 fully completed deposit slips with the bank account numbers, and a copy of both driver’s license. I was told no one can deposit money in someone else’s account, under any circumstance. If you have the bank account number, if you have a copy of their DL, if you have their DOB, SSN, home address, phone number AND even if you can login to their bank account online you still can NOT deposit money into their account. They refused to call my son or mother and just said no deposits were allowed.
I would understand if someone was trying to deposit a check, but we were depositing cash. It would make sense if we only had their name and address but we had every single piece of information the bank could have asked for, and then some. I would get it if we were withdrawing money but we are depositing / putting money INTO someone else’s account.
I explained I drove 40 minutes, that I was ill, that we asked in advance and a Chase rep. told us only the DL would be needed and the teller did not care. The teller was snide, rude and didn’t display an ounce of remorse or professionalism. It was bad enough the drive thru lane closes at 5:00pm on a Friday! Do better Chase!

Was not able to withdraw MY money from my account because I didn’t have my cell phone on me. My phone should not be the deciding factor whether I can access MY money

I stopped by this branch to make a small withdrawal with all the correct credentials and was given a hard time. I was told by an older woman that it was because they didn't know me. I guess you must be a known Chase customer to do business at this branch. People should not be made to feel like this when trying to access their own money. Staff lacks professionalism and customer service.

Horrible service here got one person at the counter line to the door have employees hidding behind door covers watching videos on there phone and if you child has to go to the bathroom they don't have one apparently I would recommend if you want professional services go to the location on judson.

I am filing a complaint on this bank I had a check and by the next day they decided to steal my money and not give it back when I call to verify that it’s my money and gave them the number of the person who gave me the check this is not a respectful bank or a classy one they will not give me my money back only close my account for thinking somebody scammed they were no help I have never had this problem at my old bank

A terrible bank with a love of frustrating and punishing new customers. They go out of their way to make it impossible to bank at all, it's really quite impressive actually. Too bad they don't live up to the hype.

Can't use their bathroom bc of security reasons. Something bad happened? This is a rough town. Even Tyler will make avalanche a bathroom for emergencies.

Chase bank is trash. The people who work there are not much better. They make it hard to get your money out. I've never called Chase and they answered the phone. Bank anywhere besides this low class bank.

Edward is a terrible employee. My husband wanted to open an account to move our money from our previous bank. He told us no one can help to go online. Turns out online takes days to open and then you have to transfer and if you don’t you’re penalized for not using the account. We need an account immediately. Plus he wouldn’t even let me use the restroom. No one was even in the building let alone the line. This was today between 2:30-3pm if mgmt is at all useful they will deal with this accordingly. I will also be writing to corporate. Quiet quitting Edward needs to work at McDonald’s NOT in banking.

Good luck getting them to answer your phone call every single time I have called no one ever pick up I have to call 1-800 number to get help sad when it's 2 location in Longview no one picks up at both locations
