Picked up an order thier. Service was just awful. Employees scared to give out manager names than the other manager scared to be a Manager and handle situations the right way instead of talking where noone can see them. Worst experience

Drive thru was backed up and I got stuck waiting to leave even though I already had my food . The food was just ok. Was not impressed.

The new Manager I met last week was just a great guy. Very polite and waited on everyone right away when his cashiers were busy putting orders together. Great teamwork with this crew. Also the young man at the drive thru was very fast and polite and you could tell he was experienced at working the drive thru. Great group of employees and I see good things ahead for this store!!!

I had a coupon for 5pc dark with 2 classic sides plus 2 biscuit for 8.99 well they said sorry but their meals has went up for the holidays so it cost me 10.99. But, they did give me a senior discount. But, as soon as I got down the street something told me to check my food they only had 2pc chicken so I turned around & they fixed it but I had to go thur all this to get my food
